Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packing and item and proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
If you are approved, then we will notify you by email and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only REGULAR PRICED items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Progressholic, 1140 Western Road, London ON N6G0A3, Canada.
If you wish to get a refund instead of an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please inform us by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- A $4.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $75.00.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If an order is returned to Progressholic due to an incorrect address, the customer will be contacted by support to arrange a reshipment. The customer will be liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is provided and confirmed. Otherwise, packages will be donated after TWO (2) weeks if Progressholic is not provided with a valid address for the reshipment.
Reshipment costs include the original shipping costs of the product and a service fee of $4. The service fee covers any Charge on Delivery (C. O. D) ffes that we get charged by the manufacturer and handling fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please expect your item within 2-4 weeks of purchase if shipping to USA and 2-5 weeks for other countries. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received it within a couple of days of shipment, you can request your tracking number via email: email@example.com
Please allow for longer processing times during/after holidays, sales or special events
We do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any holidays, birthdays etc.
If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for USA) or 45 calendar days for other countries, customers must contact our customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reorder/refund.
